Dear sir,

I'm a resident of h.no 8-3-228/374, Rahmath nagar, Yousufguda, Hyd-45. From one week onwards in our area

there a heavy flow of drainage water. Due to that drinking water, bore water etc also getting polluted. I have tried

lot of times for 155313 for giving complaint from one week onwards. Either it is engage tone or not receiving the call

after ringing.

Here residents are facing so much problem. Please go through the matter. And do need full.
