Non delivery of booked Cylinde

Sir,

My INDANE gas connection no. is - 6751 with Copfed Gas service, Zila parishad Muzaffarnagar.

I had booked my cylinder non 10-02, wide book no. 5029 and token no. 13. Yet on date (13-03) the above cylinder is not supplied to me, on 5-03. I had registered a complain with Copfed gas service, also about the non delivery of my cylinder.
