Non Delivery of AIR RL E to UK

I had sent a packet to my Daughter in London Great Britain (UK) weighing 510grams on 21/08 from the Secunderabad HO post office vide the following No: fgn-AIR-RL E RR654278006IN.On tracking on the net the report shows put in the bag on 25/08 at Chennai Airport but has not been delivered as yet. Could I request the authorities concerned to please intimate me the status and confirm the delivery.
