The luggage (10kgs approx.) has been sent through India Post through Speed Post services New Delhi. The tracking code is ED222971759IN and is sent to the address Post Box No: 14262, Sundhara, Kathamandu, Nepal on 17th January.
The parcel was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 days, but it has been over 17 days and there is no news... even the tracking system has not been update since day 1.
As an Indian, I feel let down by my country's postal service.
My friend is coming back to Canada on February 7th and she has her personal stuffs in the parcel/
