Myself Urmila Gaur had applied for PAN card and while going through online status it is showing that the card was despatched on 12th August but till date I have not received the same.
Could you please arrange to do the needful that why even after despatched such inordinate delay is there.
My details of PAN card is as under:-

Acknowledgement no.-- 024750100127126
Despatched Trough -- Express Logistics Worldwide Ltd courier vide airway bill no. 2940390736 Dtd 12th August'10.
Kindly arrange to deliver my PAN card at the earliet possible.
