If this complaint reach to its destination than I will be glad to explain in brief as under:

Please check out last 15 minutes registered letter accepted at counter no.15, on 04.10. (hopefully details will be available at computer) which was dealt by Ms Anant (Ladies Staff). She was just passing the time and one pretext to another, she avoid to accept letter and exact at 4.00 p.m. she refuse to accept more letters.
