I would like to bring to your notice that I, rizma khan, wife of Shamim Ahmed Khan presently residing with parents, informing you about criminal case vide: 1297 under section 498 (A), 323, 379, 34 IPC Act and 3/4 of dowry prohibition act, pending before the court of CJM civil court, Bokaro, in which my husband is accused against whom NBW as well as process under section 82 CR.P.C has been issued but he is absconding.
I'm hereby informing you to take necessary action against accused (Shamim Ahmed Khan) as per law of land because there is apprehension that he'll leave the country to middle-east to dilute the process of court. This is for your kind information and action.
