Railway irctc offers online tickets, tatkal tickets open at 8.00 Hours, but the server intentionally turns to inaccessible after 8.00 AM, so an individual fails to book tatkal ticket in need, after 1 hour the server rectifies, but tatkal tickets are waitlisted, so it shows clear sign of partiality or injustice with common men and favouring blackers and ticket agents who charge large amount for tatkal tickets booking, So by taking proper action this kind of dirty bussiness should be stopped.
