IT refund cheque returned undelivered
Re issue refund cheque

Sir, My Refund cheque returned undelivered (bearing ref no CMPP1027869)(AY -09) on 15 march. My Pan no is AFGPN3489M) Reason address incorrect. But the address was correct and Undersigned has given written request to the acessing officer of cuttack with full address again on Apr but still not received the amount or any communication what so ever
