Delay of passport

Dear sir

My naeme is florine anthony dsouza from udupi, I submitted my passport on Jan 27 for adding my husband name in my passport. File No. BNGH00163010 Submission Date: Jan 27 .Date of Birth: 18/12/74

but till now we have not recieved any information about it.we request u sir plz do the rest verification and let us know that what is the reason for this.

we checked in the net and saw the status it says Your police verification is incomplete. We need police clearance from all the addresses you have resided at, for the past one year. For further queries, please contact our enquiry counter or e-mail us at [email protected].

i went bangalore, they took some signature from me.and told me passport iwll come with in 6-7 days but still not came.please i hav to go back to new york to resume my duty.but now i lost my job also.according to them we have submitedd all the documents.kindly help me in this way.we are desperately waiting for her passport.
