I shipped my bike from Bangalore to Delhi. And it was ‘nightmare’. I was convinced that I lost my bike and other stuff. Thank god at last moment I got it (with dents though).
Professionalism – 1 out of 5 – Person who picked up my bike at Bangalore gave me his Delhi contact number and asked me to deal with him. Delhi contact says why am I calling him. He says talk to Bangalore guy as he took delivery. What a joke. Pick up guy and Delivery guy demanded TIP as if it was their right.
On time Delivery – 1 out of 5 – They promised to deliver in 7 to 10 days. But they took 22 days. Worst part is starting 12th day, they kept saying goods would be delivered next day. It forced me to wait and call them every day.
Condition of Good Delivered – 1 out of 5 – Bike was delivered with two dents on oil tank. My new Thunderbird became old. Sad.
Think before you get your items shipped by these guys. Not advisable.
