Stop Constrution in Jaitpur, Badarpu

Hi,

I brought a land address as J-85 saurabh vihar jaitpur badarpur in August From there I am unable to constuct my home as construction is not allowed in jaitpur.

I want to make 1 room, And I don't want to pay corruption charges to policeman like people are giving 5000 to 10000 to construct their houses, Please help on this.
