I would like to inform you that our neighbour is altering the standard plan of the construction. As per the standard parametres of Delhi government in the residential area 4th floor is not permitted. But our neighbour addressed B-49, Pandav Nagar, Delhi-110092 is construted the 4th floor. This thing is very risky for the entire locality and the respective building.
