I had an expected parcel to reach my home by the postman but to my amusement this postman name laxman jadhav come to my home and tells me that my post has arrived and I need to collect it from the post office referring me the name of the lady in postman called jyoti. On asking him why did he not bring it he answers it was a bigger one and therefore he didn't bring it... so showing my courtesy I went myself to the post office where this lady jyoti was about to go for her lunch and on asking her for my parcel she said to her colleague that she would never get a chance to have food.her colleague says that I will be ok to sit till jyoti has the dinner. I said it would take five minutes to give me the parcel and if u want me to wait till jyoti has her lunch than it will be more than half an hour.
This lady jyoti goes and calls the postmaster name Vilas Mahadik and tells me wht is the problem... after explaining him he tells me that I need to wait for the postman as I did nt get the Id proof ..I told Vilas that I was not been told by the postman to get any proof... and he tells me to go home and get the proof or wait for postman to get it tomorrow.
My complaint is on the first time why did the postman did not deliver the parcel to my home?
Why I was not told to take the proof?
After reaching the post office this government staff working wants the customer to wait for half an hour while that working can be done in 5 mins?
The parcel was not handed to me on purpose because I opposed that after coming to collect my post which should be done by the postman why I was been told to sit for half an hour?
This is pathetic work environment and this puts us Indians down when it comes to government work or treating customer ..
Therefore Indian people hate being in India and fly off... because no one will take any action
I am writing this complaint on fulfilling my right as a Indian and as a customer... I don't know if there is some one who will read this and bring things back on track...
