Dear Sir,
I have requested to replace my faulty electric meter on 25th Sep'10 but the MSEB officials have failed to act against my application.
The delay has resulted in the electric meter being short circuited and burned. The MSEB officials are still unable to attend the call & rectify the issues.
I want to escalate the issue further & want to log compliant in consumer court.
Kindly provide support.
