MSRTC shivneri ac volvo bus
Poor customer care service & no help from the ticket issuer at parihar chowk

Dear Sir,

I have booked MSRTC Shivneri bus from Pune to Thane but unlike other govt services, this volvo service also failes to deliver quality customer support... I had the bus from 2pm and was standing till 3:30 pm and finally the bus came... Till then I triedmy level best by calling to the customer care number : 1800 221 250

atleast 100 times but it was always busy... Then I tried hard to get a local contact number from the ticket issuer at parihar chowk but he unlike a typical lazy govt servant, gave me a dirty looks and didnt help me...

I must say it is much better to go by train then relying at the mercy of the govt service buses... I sometimes feel that the people working at MSRTC feels that they r obliging us by giving us service...
