Delay in Police Verification.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am here to inform you that Passport Application submitted ON 18-04,

in Passport Seva Kendra at

Lalbagh, in the name of

Nabin Kumar Sahu.

My D.O.B. is 06/05/1987 File No. is BN1061297286211

Till now the File has not come to the Police Verification when I enquired at Hebbagodi Police Station. They said that its has not come from Passport Sevakendra. As per my knowledge it is nothing but negligence of the concerned authority.
