Leakage in water pipe line

Water pipe line in front of house no.1/323.Vikrant khand, Gomtinagar, Lucknow is leaking since last one month, despite 3 complaints lodged with Nagar Nigam at Vibhav Khand. The pipe line was dug up by Nagarnigam people 10 days ago and left open without repairing it. JE Mr. Gupta was informed 3 days ago, but to no avail.
