Occupancy Certificates purposely delayed

NMMC T.P.O. officials are delaying the process of Occupancy certificate purposely.

When the JE visits the site after completion he puts up the file for further process to pass three tables

Then it goes to Commissioner for final passing. but before Commissioner there are two officers

Shri. Banaeet and Shri. Bhople who are delaying the process unusally. Due to this the builders are unable to give possession in time. In this office the work cannot be done without briebe. Actual ANTI CORRUPTION ENQUIRIES MAY BE DONE AND SEIZE THE PROPERTY WHO ARE MENTALLY HARRASSING BUILDERS AND ARCHITECTS
