A cover containing HP Gas transfer form was sent by cover through Professional Courier service from Visakhapatnam to Ooty vide no. VSP2521391 to my address in the name of K.VENKATESWARA PRASAD, 262, BOMBAY CASTLE, ELIKEHILL ROAD, OOTY.
THE COVER WAS NOT DELIVERED TILL TODAY.
When I made personal enquiry I am informed that it was received on 11-7 and it was delivered. On verification it is found that it was dleivered at SRG Tyres located in Muruguan lodge which is just 300 meters from the Professional Courier Branch office at Ooty.
When contacted, the branch head informed me that he will deliver only on 19-7 though it takes only 10 minutes drive to get the cover and deliver or else I have to come to their branch in the evening.
The attitude on the part of the branch head shows his recklessness to attend to the need of the customer.
