I applied for pancard. my acknowledgement no. is 050720400317274. my pancard was despatched on13aug.2011 by ovemite express ltd. bill no.-6610879940.the pancard was to be delevered at my doorstep, my house is 1 k.m away from the assciated courier agency but they are refusing to delever my pancard to my address.they called me to come to their office at uma market, muzaffarpur to collect my pancard..it is aggred while applying for pancard tht pancard will be delevered at my address.. Still the courier agency is forcing me to come to their door step.it should be delevered to my address. kindly arrange for this.
