This is to inform you that I, Jagadish Ch Mahato am a permanent resident of Gazole block in Malda District, WestBengal. I had applied for the issuance of my OBC certificate on 23rd Dec through the Gazole Block Development Office. I completed my hairing in the next month on 29th Jan. Then all the documents of my apllication form was sent to the MLADA SUB DIVISIONAL OFFICE in the next month. But till now the certificate have been issued. I also requested twice to the Sub-Divisional Officer for the issuance of my OBC certificate in writting apllication in the S.D.O. Office when I was to appear in CSIR-NET (National Eligibility Test) examination along with the admit card before the test in early of the month of June. But the Sub-Divisional Officer there did not pay minimum attention to the case for early issuance of the certificate. I am also to appear in PSCWB, WBCSC assistanat Professor recruitment interview, so I need the certificate soon.
In this situation, kindly let me inform how can I may get the OBC certificate fast. If possible please also inform me that there is any limiting period the Government authority (S.D.O.) takes to issue the OBC certificate. Otherwise let me know where (which authority) should I go to get my certificate immediately. I am in trouble. Please reply soon.
