I had booked a consignment from P3 store at Amity University on 16 Mar to be delivered through DTDC courier service on DTDC's Blue service for delivery on Friday at Balasore, Orissa. Till now as on saturday I am not able to see any tracking details of the said booked consignment on DTDC website.. (Consignment no. V03323172).. Is P3 liable?? If paid extra Rs 40 Rs for the delivery to be made in two days but it has yet not been delivered after three days. The people at P3 tell we will see it on Monday. Is it not deficiency of service.. What should I do next
