Palghar Nagar Parishad has awarded a Contract through their Tender System for collection of Bazar Kar, this Contractor is collecting Rs. 35/- from Industrial Vehicles forcibly although Industrial Vehicles does not come under the purview of the contract of collecting Bazar Kar. Palghar Manufacturers Association Ltd. Contact Number 02525-254640 has complained severtal times verbally and in writting to Palghar Nagar Parishad and have also made a complaint to the Local Police Station, but the forcibly collection of this Bazar Kar from Industrial Vehicles still continue, we would like to stop the collection of Bazar kar with immediate effect, grant refund to all the vehicles from whom the Bazar Kar has been collected, and give an assurance to our Association that such illegal Bazar Kar shall not be collected in future by Palghar Nagar Parishad.
