This is with reference to our son's passport (Fil Number)- HYDI001534.
We applied for his passport in March and have been continuosly checking the passport status online. The website had shown the last satisfactory status as :
" Scheduled to be despatched on 16th June"
but to our dismay the passport status has again chaged back to
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "
Please let us know when is this supposed "week" as this is something it showed before police verication, after police verification and now even after giving a scheduled date of despatch. An early action would really help as we have travel plans which are on hold until our son's passport arrives.
