We have filed an application for the passport of my son on 16/10 at Begumpet regional passport office.

The details of the application are as follows:

Applicant Name: Senadhipathi Srikar

File reference no: HYD-W233684-09

Application date: 16/10

Until last week the status showed as follows:

"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "

All of a sudden today it shows a different message saying that we need to send in a fresh application. The message displayed is as follows:

PLEASE FURNISH FRESH APPLICATION FORM DULY FILLED ALL COLUMNS WITH SPECIFIC REPLIES AS YES/NO AND DULY SINGED.

How can this happen when the passport is about to be dispatched. Could you kindly look into the issue ASAP as we have travel plans abroad.
