STATUS: Police Report has not been received. as on 06/01

I have applied new passport for my wife on 04/11 and Police verification is completed on 29/11. But still we notice that, in Passport status " Police Verification Not Received" We have approached the police station also regarding this. They states that they have already send this.

Two months have passed and still we didn't receive the passport..

Please do the needful..
