Yet to receive passport

I ve applied for renewal of my passport on NOV 24th the police enquiry has finished within 1 week of my submission.

The passport enquiry status page shows that " Passport will be dispatched by 7th of JAN ". Considering this i have booked my slot for writng GRE and TOEFL bewteen FEB 1st and FEB 15th.

But it is already 20 days past the expected date of delivery and Idint receive the passport yet. Any help in taking this issue to the authorities would be appreciated.
