Dear Sir / Madam

This is with regard to my child’s passport, file reference number: VSP-C002763-09. I’m based in the Middle East (Muscat, Oman). My wife (presently in India) applied for my child’s passport on 8th Dec.

Tele-enquiry states that my daughter’s passport is granted (Passport Number: H7718553), however it doesn’t say when it will be dispatched.

Can you please let me know the status?

I've been following up with regional passport office and chief passport officer (through e-mails) since 11th Jan but no response from them

PS: Passport website stills shows – “FURNISH ATTESTED COPIES OF CHILDREN'S DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATES”
