Delay of passport issue

Dear sir,

I have applied passport for my daughter on 17th Aug file no. F013790/ key no.7001379009 and application number MASI 15912409 . Now 6 months over police already came for verification. And there is no online status for this file no. Please do the needful and issue my daughter passport as soon as possible.
