Passport police verification not done

Dear Sir,

I VIJAYPAL SINGH CHAUHAN had submitted my passport reissue application at New Delhi on dated 27/08 and got the application number F026525.

On dated 09/10/09 they have changed the file number G002365. But till date no police verification done by Gurgaon Police.

Today 06/03/10 I have confirmed from Gurgaon police (passport section) and they checked and said that they have not received police verification forms from Delhi passport office. Due to this reason they are not coming for police verification.

I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER.
