I have applied for a fresh passport on the date 11th June at the Uditnagar Head Post Office, Rourkela. My file Id number of the passport is BHU-W290024-09. I got a police verification on 12th September at Raghunathpalli Police Station, Rourkela. The status respecting my passport has been given on your website as “It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the dispatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be dispatched in a week's time” from 24th December but till date I have not received my passport. So you are requested to make verification and dispatch my passport as soon as possible.
