Delay in despatch of passport

Subject:- Non receipt of pass port of Najima begum w/o Mohd Farooq Ansari,
file No. W030008
Sir,
I Mohd Farooq Ansari myself and my wife Mrs Najima Begum have applied for passports vide file No W030009 & W030008 respectively on 29.10.2009. The police enquiry for both were dispatched on the same day and it was confirmed on the website that police enquiries have been received & passports will be dispatched on 11.01 2010 & 13.01.2010 respectively. But my passport was received on 08.01.2010 while the passport of my wife is not received till date. From last two & half months the website is showing the same message ‘It is regretted that due to unavoidable circumstances dispatch of passport has been delayed and now will be dispatched in a week time’.
You are requested to look in to the matter and release the passport of my spouse, against form No. W030008 as it is urgently needed to apply for Haj & Umra by us.
We shall be highly thankful for an early release of passport.
