Delay in passport HYD-W235569-09

Dear Sir,

I have applied for my daughter's passport on 3-DEC in Hyderabad passport office. So far we haven't received the passport. Status message from past 2 months is " it will be dispatched in a week". I'm not sure which calendar they ar following.
