Passport not coming

I have applied for my son passport via file no JPRM00081210 with details given below.

File Reference Number: JPR-M000812-10 Application Date : 08-02

Applicant's Name: YASH JAIN Applicant's Date of Birth : 08-04

STATUS :

It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time

Now the after around six month i am not able to get my son passport. what to do.
