Passport not received

Dear Sir,

My wife had applied for Passport on 28th of June and current status shows that police report is clear and passport will be delivered on 15th Sep 2010. Today is 7th Oct and passport still not received.

Applicant name is Harsha V Upadhyay and file ref no is F022059.

Kinly arrange to issue the passport urgently.
