Dear sir,
I have applied for the of myself on 03 July. In your website when I checked the status it initially mentioned that passport would be despatched by 03 Aug. after 03 Aug the status has changed to "it is to regret due to unavoidable circumstances despatch of passport has been delayed and it would now be despatched in a week's time". No as of today 7 weeks has passed but still I don't see any status update or passport is not dispatched. I'm wondering why it is taking so long. Please expedite the process as we need the passport urgently. File number is HYD-A035640-10.
