Delay of passport

Dear Sir,

My Name is G.Mahesh Babu and I am following up for the passport of my nephew. We have submitted the application for the passport at Ongole SP office, Prakasham District, Andhra Pradesh on date 7-6. Since then I have been following up and also checking online. But, the status is showing same since the last 2 months i.e. IT IS TO REGRET THAT DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCECS THE DESPATCH OF PASSPORT HAS BEEN DELAYED AND WILL NOW WILL BE DISPATCHED IN A WEEK'S TIME.But I am getting this reply since 2 months.

Please give me a clear picture regarding my nephew's application. His name is
