i have applied for my passport on 12-08.police verification has been done. Till know i didn't received my passport. In the status it is showing from many months that.

GRIEVANCE: ... but till now i didnt received my passport. I kindly request you to dispatch my passport as early as possible. I Need to apply for Visa for my further studies. PLEASE understand my problem and dispatch my passport as soon as possible...
