Passport not received

Dear Sir,

I've applied for renewal of passport in tatkal scheme on 30th nov and submitted all the relevant documents at the date of application. But i received a letter from the passport office on 20 th dec requesting the same documents again, on the very next date 21st dec i've sent a speed post with all the requested documents again. But till now i've not received my passport.

Please be informed that even my police enquiry report is also sent and the current status enquiry page is 'Passport was ready on 07-12'.
