Hello sir,
My name is Mohammed Ahmed and my passport file number is HYD-A063823-10. Sir my passport was expected to dispatch on January 3. However on January 5 the status was updated on website which stated "Due to unavoidable situations, the dispatch of your passport is delayed. It will be dispatched within a week time". However, it is now February 10 that neither the status has changed on website nor i received my passport. Due to this poor service I am facing difficultities in relocating my job. My company is sending few employees to Phillipines and I am suppose to go. If the my passport is not dispatched at the earliest then I will not be able to go there. They asked me to wait for one week but it I waited for 6 weeks and got nothing. Please look into this matter and resolve this issue quickly before it is too late. Thank you for your Assistance.
