I had applied for renewal of my mother's passport on 11.March.2011 (see above details). As no police verification was conducted for 3 weeks I had to resubmit the form on 08.April.2011.
I am sorry to inform that after 3 weeks from the second submit-ion of the form we have not yet received any police verification call. I have been frequently visiting the police station and the only reply which I get from them is that they have not received any documents from the pasport office to conduct police verification.
Please could you look into the matter and deal it as urgent as my mother has to leave for Unites States because of my sister's ill health there and the tickets has already been booked.
