Passport
Passport has not been received thought applied since two and a half month

I have applied for passport at regional passport office two and a half month before. Police inquiry was clear. Its just delaying in the dispatch with the message written "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".

I need my passport till 15th june. Please help me!!!
