Delay in renewal of Passport

We have submitted applications for renewal of our passport on 24th of January.in your office. Our file Nos. are 1) HYD F 002537 11 (Rajendra Singh) And

2) HYD F 002540 11 (sneha Prabha Singh).

Police verification etc.all formalities have been completed in the month of March itself. From last 2 months your "Status Report" says that the passpors will be dispatched in a week's time. But so far we have not received our renewed passports.

Kindly expidite as we have to apply for VISA for our visit to USA.
