this complaint is in regards to my passport

i had submitted my passport in Delhi (Bhikaji kama Place) RPO on May 2..My file no.is DLH001899..i havent received my passport till date..police inquiry took place on june 9th..but the status on the website says application pending for the want of police report... i need my passport urgently...
