Passport is not received

My daughter Archana Vikas Sonawani has applied for passport on 19/06. The Registration no. THN T024008/11. We have ourself

inquired at Bazarpeth Police station regarding the police verification report

and submitted all required documents in two sets and two witnesses on 25/07. on 4thAugust again my daughter has been called at police station for verification of original documents. The officer has verified original documents and cleared the case on 4th August. The passport office Thane shows the Status for registration THN T024008 is "Police verification report has not been received" till date
