Not received Passport

I have applied passport for my KID on 28/04 though Post Office; Till now i didn't get my passport;

Following are the details of passport & status;

File Reference Number: VSP-W080535-11 Application Date : 28-04

STATUS :

IT IS REQUESTED TO COME TO THIS OFFICE ON ANY WORKING DAY EXCEPT WEDNESDAY BETWEEN 10 A.M AND 12.30 P.M AND SEE THE P.R.O/SUPDT.

Please do help me what to do next;
