WRONG INFORMATION

DEAR SIR,

I have applied my passport on 12/03.police report has already came from our local police station.but when i am checking the status one thing is coming that"POLICE REPORT IS INCOMPLETE AND THE CASE IS BEING EXAMINED". How can i get my passport i can not understant.my file reference number is "BHU-A009330-12". Please help me. i will obliged to you.
