New home connection of electricity

Sir,

I applied for a new connection at Andal More under Andal Electric Supply on 22/05 with a given connection fee of Rs. 200 vide Application No- 5000323133. Till than I am moving one table to another but no one told me what to do. Some times they told that you were not present at the time of inspection. When I submitted a signed document of their representative and told that if I was not present how can I get the letter, than they argued with another tropic. So, kindly tell me what to do now.
