I have applied for a new passport for my self on 24/08, but till date my file has been not processed further.
while contacting to customer care they are saying that my file is being pending with Assistant Passport officer, RPO-kolkata and asking me to contact with the RPO itself, from 5th november i am regularly trying to contact RPO, kolkata on their number provided on the website but i am not getng any response on the same as i am not in Kolkata from october because i am doing job in Hyderabad due to which i am not able to visit the rpo kolkata office. i have even mailed them several times to let me know the status for my passport but till date i have not received any reply from their side. please help me so that i can get my passport at earliest.
